This is the communication between the actors and the crew, we used Facebook to communicate as it is a plate form we all use and check often. I got in contract with everyone in person to begin with to see if they would be available for the filming. Then after those who agreed I created a group chat on Facebook so if there any question that needed to be asked, or time schedule need changing, everyone would know.
I asked them so early before we started filming so we knew who we had for characters and so they would be available when we needed them.
